Plan manpower deployment according to requirements and schedules.
Monitor cleaners’ attendance, punctuality and deployment.
Assign duties and ensure standards are met.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks for cleanliness.
Coordinate with supervisors to address issues promptly.
Manage shortages and redeploy staff as needed.
Provide on-the-job coaching to cleaning staff.
Handle client feedback and follow-up actions.
Maintain daily operation records and deployment reports.
Support supervisors in daily operations and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and airport regulations.
