Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status and prioritize room cleaning.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor and update the Do Not Disturb list and rush rooms.
• Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and complete safety training where applicable.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality and provide guest service aligned with standards.
