Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in security operations, preferably supervisory.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of fire safety and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Safety & Security in daily security operations.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure proper coverage across the hotel.
• Organise patrols of premises including guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate security for events and meetings as needed.
• Maintain communication with hotel departments and authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor compliance with fire safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct regular security and fire safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents and prepare documentation and follow-up actions.
• Provide guidance on security policies and train Team Members.
