Hilton is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise Security Officers and Guards, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. The role involves monitoring incidents, conducting investigations when needed, and maintaining security records while coordinating with other hotel departments.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Good knowledge of the hotel's life-safety systems, fire equipment and security operations.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
• Literacy in English to meet business needs, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe environment for guests, team members, and assets.
• Supervise Security Officers and Guards during shifts and ensure adherence to security procedures and patrol schedules.
• Monitor incidents, conduct basic investigations, and maintain accurate security records.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and communicate with guests professionally.
