Job summary

Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a Revenue Executive to drive pricing, inventory, forecasting and revenue analysis, ensuring optimal occupancy and ADR.

You will monitor demand, market conditions, and seasonality, translating insights into actionable revenue actions; collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Reservations and Operations.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail to maximize RevPAR and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue, reservations, distribution or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy metrics.
• Experience with distribution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability and restrictions to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Monitor booking pace and market trends and take revenue actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to support commercial objectives.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure rate parity across channels and maintain distribution system integrity.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency.
