Job summary

Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a Revenue Executive to drive pricing, inventory, forecasting and revenue analysis, ensuring optimal occupancy and ADR.

You will monitor demand, market conditions, and seasonality, translating insights into actionable revenue actions; collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Reservations and Operations.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail to maximize RevPAR and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue, reservations, distribution or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy metrics.
• Experience with distribution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability and restrictions to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Monitor booking pace and market trends and take revenue actions.

Job Description

Role Purpose

The Revenue Executive supports the revenue performance of Mama Shelter Singapore through effective management of pricing, inventory, forecasting, distribution and revenue analysis.

As the key revenue resource on property, the Revenue Executive monitors demand, booking trends and market conditions and translates insights into timely revenue actions. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management & Pricing

• Manage daily room pricing, inventory, availability and restrictions to optimize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.


• Monitor booking pace, pickup, demand patterns and market movements and take appropriate revenue actions.


• Manage transient, corporate, group, wholesale and leisure segments to optimize business mix.


• Identify high-demand and need periods and implement appropriate pricing, inventory and promotional actions.

Forecasting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain accurate rooms revenue forecasts.


• Monitor performance against forecast, budget, prior year and market benchmarks.


• Analyse booking windows, length of stay, day-of-week trends, room categories, cancellations and segment mix.


• Prepare revenue reports and translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations.

Distribution & Systems

• Manage rates, inventory, authorizations, hurdles and restrictions across relevant systems.


• Maintain rate parity, positioning, availability and visibility across TARS, Opera Cloud, direct channels, OTAs and other distribution platforms.


• Conduct daily revenue and system checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.


• Support automation and process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Market & Commercial Performance

• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, citywide events and key demand drivers.


• Identify revenue opportunities and risks and recommend appropriate actions.


• Maintain a forward-looking calendar of key demand periods and market events.


• Support offers and packages to target the right customer, at the right price, through the right channel.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Operations to support commercial objectives.


• Provide revenue input on group enquiries, promotions, packages and need periods.


• Participate in revenue and commercial performance discussions.


• Coordinate with relevant Mama Shelter and Accor revenue and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue, reservations, distribution or a related commercial role.


• Good understanding of pricing, forecasting, inventory management and hotel distribution.


• Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of Opera Cloud, TARS, revenue management systems and online distribution channels is an advantage.


• Good understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, pickup and segmentation.


• Proactive, organized and confident managing day-to-day revenue activities.


• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
