Mama Shelter Singapore Orchard is seeking a Digital, Marketing & Communications Executive to lead marketing, digital, and PR for the property under Ennismore/Accor. You will work with branding, communications, digital marketing, and events to strengthen market positioning and drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events.

The role requires a strategic leader with cross-functional coordination and strong command of digital performance marketing, brand storytelling, and reputation management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably hospitality.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, PR management, and brand strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Familiarity with social media, influencer ecosystems, CRM, and paid media tools.
• Creative, self-driven and results-oriented with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Implement the annual marketing and communications plan, aligning with objectives.
• Track the overall marketing budget, forecast expenditures and ROI.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align global brand standards and activations.
• Present monthly performance reports and marketing ROI analyses.
• Drive integrated digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) to boost visibility and bookings.
• Oversee the hotel website and third-party listings for updated content.
• Develop content calendars across social media with consistent tone and storytelling.
• Partner with agencies on paid media performance and conversions.
• Supervise CRM and loyalty tools for targeted email marketing and segmentation.
• Maintain marketing asset library with high-quality materials.
• Coordinate PR events, media activations and brand campaigns.
• Build relationships with journalists and media outlets to enhance coverage.
• Oversee media events and guest engagement across departments.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data protection policies.
• Reflect the brand’s creative and community-driven spirit in activations.
