Job summary

SXC is seeking an Inhouse Security Executive to manage daily hotel and mall security operations in Singapore. Reporting to the Building & Security Manager, you will supervise supervisors and subordinates, ensuring procedures are followed and standards met across the premises.

The role requires a Diploma in Security with relevant supervisory experience and 4 Advanced Cert modules, strong communication skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in security with at least 3 years as Security Supervisor and completion of 4 Adv. Cert level modules
• Excellent oral and written communication and public relations skills
• Ability to perform shift work and to work on weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel/shopping complex security operations to meet standards
• Supervise Supervisors and subordinates; monitor performance
• Ensure security, car park, visitor management and contingency plans are in place
• Direct on-site field officers with spot checks to ensure duties are performed correctly
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor
