Job summary

Randstad Singapore is helping our client recruit a Business Development Manager - Hospitality to drive market growth across Singapore and regional markets. You will position enterprise guest access and building security solutions to hotel owners, international brands, developers, and system integrators.

The role focuses on developing hotel-centric commercial strategies and managing relationships with key decision-makers to close deals and expand our hospitality technology footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B business development or sales in hospitality technology, electronic security or smart building automation.
• Active network with hotel decision-makers, developers and regional HQs.
• Ability to bridge commercial conversations with executive management and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run targeted commercial strategies across luxury and mid-scale hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and co-living properties.
• Build relationships with hotel GMs, IT Directors, Procurement, developers and regional headquarters.
• Understand customer requirements and present building security and guest access solutions.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes from technical consultation to contract finalization, maintaining Salesforce pipeline.
