Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks and workstations.
• Provide end-user support for all applications and communicate with guests and staff.
• Train users on proper use and security of systems and refer major problems to vendors/technicians.
• Plan and coordinate IT-related equipment installations, changes, and system enhancements.
• Maintain inventory and ensure backup tapes are secured.
• Follow Marriott policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
