Job summary

Job Expert Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate daily room and public area maintenance in line with hotel SOPs.

You will plan resources, assign tasks to the team, monitor turnover and cleanliness standards, and coach staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential, with ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping operations.
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good observation and pays attention to details.
• Able to start work within short notice is an added advantage.

• Execute response and recovery actions during emergency situations.
• Resolve guests’ concerns and feedback.
• Conducts training and coaching to team members.
• Assist with cleaning duties as and when required.
