Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Hotel Engineer to ensure all facilities run smoothly across our hotels. You will troubleshoot M&E issues, manage contractors, monitor utilities and maintain health and safety standards to deliver seamless guest experiences.

With 1-2 years in hospitality maintenance and a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, you are diligent, trustworthy and possess strong English communication to coordinate with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant hospitality maintenance experience.
• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review facilities with an eye for detail and ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning, plumbing, humidity and M&E issues.
• Coordinate with service providers and manage contractors.
• Maintain health and safety standards and monitor equipment.
• Review utility consumption and seek cost efficiencies.
• Oversee waste disposal and building security.
