Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an F&B Service Crew (Hotel) to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a smile. You will work at Bugis, on a 6-day week, from 7:00am to 3:00pm, helping maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.

Training is provided, prior F&B experience preferred. You will cooperate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B service experience is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
• Set up and clear tables before, during and after service.
• Wash and clean cups, glasses and other service items when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishing beverages, condiments and other F&B supplies when required.
• Ensure the dining and service areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained.
• Attend to guests' requests and enquiries promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain good hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
