MAGNUS PROPERTY PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Director to lead a hotel development in Jakarta from design to opening.

You will own the project P&L, set the master programme, manage budgets, and coordinate design, procurement, finance, legal and operations teams with external consultants and contractors. The role requires 15+ years in hotel or major building development, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and willingness to be based in Jakarta.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or related engineering field with project leadership experience.
• 15+ years in hotel or major building development, incl. at least 2 hotels from design through opening.
• Experience working with owners, developers or in-house design/procurement teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel development on the Owner's behalf from development through handover.
• Set master programme, execution plan and milestones; drive all parties to meet them.
• Own project P&L, budget, cash flow, and forecast final cost with Finance; manage approvals and changes.
