Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations across multiple properties.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple hotels within the cluster.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with department heads for seamless cross-function operations.
• Lead and mentor hotel management teams to foster excellence.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain high standards.
