Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Chef de Partie (Baker) to lead bakery duties across breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will craft breads and pastries, maintain HACCP standards and work closely with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You are expected to have at least 3 years in hotels or similar hospitality settings, strong English communication, and the ability to perform under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hotels or similar hospitality establishments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Basic knowledge of local, Asian, Western and international breads and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Follow payroll & uniform procedures and maintain sanitation per Hilton and local regulations.
• Set up mise en place for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to schedule.
• Prepare and plate breads and pastries for service to established standards.
• Read and act on orders including BEO, Basilico, Dolcetto specials and IRD amenities.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep areas clean and organized.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Interact between Bakery and Pastry as needed by operations.
