As a Product Specialist, you’ll design smart automated workflows, coordinate between Sales and Technical teams, and guide clients in transforming their business processes using powerful tools like Lark Suite.

What You’ll Do

• Workflow Architect: Design and build automated business processes using Lark Base and Flow to transform complex, manual workflows into streamlined digital efficiency.
• Deliverable Guardian: Coordinate between Sales and Technical teams to ensure every promised feature is technically feasible and delivered on time.
• Onboarding Specialist: Guide clients through their initial Lark setup, ensuring they master the tools that solve their specific business pain points.
• Strategic Fixer: Proactively identify project risks and provide "agile, creative solutions" workarounds when client requirements meet technical constraints.
• Success Partner: Maintain high-level coordination with clients post-sale to ensure the solution we delivered is exactly what they need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Lark Power User: Hands‑on experience with Lark Suite (Base, Approval, and Automations) or similar low‑code platforms (Airtable/Asana).
