Heritage Collection is seeking a Hospitality Technology and Processes Executive to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on leveraging technology to improve guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive innovative hospitality solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with hospitality technology, operations, and processes is an added bonus.
Ability to learn our hotel’s PMS and other industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

Assess, optimize, and implement technology solutions to enhance guest experience and streamline operations.
Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative tech solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.
Train staff on new technology implementations and ensure smooth adoption.
