Job summary

Heritage Collection is seeking graduates for its Hospitality Projects Management Graduate Programme in Singapore. Rotate through A&A Projects, Refurbishments and Ops/Facilities Management to learn how departments collaborate to ensure smooth hotel operations.

You will work with mentors to develop leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and assist in preparing project specifications, timelines and scope documents, gaining hands-on experience toward junior management roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a team of in-house technicians.
• Coordinate project meetings with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
• Work with consultants like architects and M&E engineers retained by the company for the project.
• Track project progress, manage budget and schedule, and prepare weekly project reports for senior management.
• Learn about shophouse conservation and other safety requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure that renovation works meet expectations.
• Aid in vendor procurement processes and identifying potential project risks.
