THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Admin Assistant to support hotel clients and drive sales.

The role involves balanced indoor and outdoor activities, enabling you to build relationships across the hospitality sector and promote the company’s hotel amenities. The position requires 1–3 years of admin, customer service or sales experience, with a preference for hospitality or product supply exposure.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent with 1–3 years of admin, customer service, or sales experience.
Experience in hospitality or product supply is a plus.
Comfortable with both office work and outdoor/client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up with clients on orders and product inquiries.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure order fulfilment.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and quotations.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
