Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group is seeking ambitious individuals for its Management Associate programme in Singapore. This two-year, structured programme is designed to identify and grow future leaders with a fast-tracked career trajectory within the group.

You will rotate across HQ departments and TLBG venues, gaining exposure to hospitality, placemaking, and strategic decision-making. Successful associates will likely step into Assistant Manager or equivalent roles after completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly support venue leaders in rostering, management reports, manpower planning, business development and optimisation.
• Undergo on-the-job training to understand nuances of venue operations.
• Support venue leaders to drive key business outcomes.
• Participate in rotational assignments across TLBG venues to develop broad business understanding.
