Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Learn and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a restaurant outlet.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Rotate through various operational functions, including service, cashiering, reservations, food checking, and shift operations.
• Support outlet managers in supervising daily operations and maintaining service excellence.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Assist with manpower planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational administration.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operating standards.
• Participate in structured training programmes to develop leadership, communication, and people management skills.
