Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key relationship contact for hospitality clients, understanding their strategic priorities, business challenges, and evolving workforce needs.
  • Engage regularly with senior HR, Rewards, Talent, Operations, and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and connect clients with appropriate Marsh specialists and solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders through structured meetings, industry events, roundtables, and informal relationship-building activities.
Hospitality Forum Management
  • Manage the regional Hospitality Forum (HIRG) for senior reward leaders from major hotel management companies and other relevant hospitality organizations.
  • Define the forum’s annual priorities, themes, calendar, and engagement approach in consultation with participating members.
  • Organize and facilitate regular forum meetings, roundtables, leadership discussions, and other member engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, discussion materials, briefing notes, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions.
  • Continuously improve the value, relevance, and profile of the Hospitality Forum.
Industry Insight and Thought Leadership
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends affecting the global and regional hospitality industry.
  • Develop and share relevant industry perspectives, briefings, articles, and discussion materials for clients and forum members.
  • Gather insights from clients and the broader market to identify common challenges and emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to hospitality-related research, surveys, benchmarking, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Position Marsh as a knowledgeable and connected partner to the hospitality sector.
Business Development and Account Growth
  • Identify potential opportunities arising from client conversations, forum discussions, industry developments, and market activity.
  • Collaborate with account teams and specialist practices to develop relevant solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to proposals, credentials presentations, client briefings, and business development conversations where appropriate.
  • Facilitate introductions between clients and Marsh subject-matter experts.
  • Support cross-practice collaboration and ensure hospitality opportunities are appropriately coordinated.
  • Contribute to account planning and relationship strategies for priority hospitality clients.
Consulting and Advisory Support
  • Provide targeted input to consulting assignments where the role’s industry knowledge and client relationships add value.
  • Support the scoping of client needs and help shape relevant consulting propositions.
  • Review or contribute to client materials, industry analysis, and recommendations as appropriate.
  • Bring practical hospitality-sector context to consulting teams.
  • Support the transition from relationship discussions to formal consulting opportunities when required.
What you need to have:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with preference in hospitality, industry relationship management, client development, consulting, HR, rewards, talent, events, or a related field.
  • Experience organizing and facilitating executive forums, roundtables, conferences, or industry events.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and facilitation skills.
  • Prior experience in professional services, advisory, or a commercial relationship-management environment is advantageous.
Why join our team:
