Job summary

The Garcha Group, a boutique hotel group in Singapore, is seeking an experienced engineering professional to review facilities, manage preventative maintenance, and supervise technicians and contractors to ensure optimal operation of all hotel assets.

You will coordinate daily engineering activities, oversee safety compliance, and contribute to cost-effective upgrades across guest rooms and public areas in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance within hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, M&E systems and building services.
• Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate technicians and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review facilities to keep property in excellent condition with an eye for detail.
• Coordinate daily engineering operations and assign tasks to technicians and facilities staff.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and M&E systems; ensure compliance with safety standards.
