Job summary

BMG Hospitality seeks a hands-on technology professional to build internal systems, integrate cloud platforms, train managers to use AI, troubleshoot issues, and automate repetitive work.

The role spans system building, project management, trainer duties and first-line technical support, with a focus on delivering automated, AI-assisted workflows for HR, operations and management reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of software-development or systems-integration experience.
• Experience building internal business applications is a plus.
• API and database integration experience.
• AI/LLM and automation experience.
• Experience training users or implementing systems across departments.
• Portfolio and practical ability valued alongside formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BMG's internal HR management system with integrations.
• Create KPI dashboards and manager appraisal platform with AI-assisted summaries.
• Develop AI-assisted scheduling and workforce automation.
• Provide AI training for managers and create department-specific workflows.
• Design data flows between systems and management dashboards.
• Automate weekly management reporting and governance.
• Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and databases; maintain incident logs.
• Document systems and deliver user training guides and SOPs.
