Job summary

Changi General Hospital is seeking a result-oriented professional to optimize infrastructure capacity and re-define care delivery processes at CGH Campus. You will drive workflow improvement projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-department flow across hospital and cluster levels.

Applicants should have strong data analytics, process re-engineering knowledge, and project management experience to deliver end-to-end interventions and measurable outcomes for the patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare or related sector.
• Knowledge of process re-engineering and data analytics.
• Experience with simulation modelling and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand department operations and streamline workflows for future patient journey.
• Support projections and simulations using workload data and parameters.
• Manage facilities inventory and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end rollout of interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Liaise with MOH and other stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Provide departmental administrative and secretariat support.
