Job summary

Changi General Hospital is seeking a Care Transformation Lead to drive and facilitate projects that redesign care delivery systems. You will supervise workshops, design strategies, and develop governance for CGH's Smart Hospital of the Future initiative.

Ideal candidates have a degree, at least 6 years in operations or project management, and strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills to influence stakeholders across levels and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience preferably in operations or project management.
• Experience in public healthcare is desired.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and opportunities within the existing care delivery system
• Develop guidelines, criteria, and methodologies to conduct investigative research and data collection to support the definition and scoping of identified needs and opportunities
• Identify performance indicators to measure the outcomes and effectiveness of transformation initiatives
• Develop, scope, and lead the facilitation of solution design, prototyping, and testing workshops
• Plan, develop, and conduct training sessions and workshops to support the operationalisation and adoption of solutions
• Prepare approval papers, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), reports, project proposals, and contracts
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared goals and project outcomes
• Resolve conflicts effectively and facilitate mutually beneficial solutions
• Develop project budgets, perform cost rationalisation exercises, and prepare cash flow projections for projects
• Optimise budget and funding utilisation while planning appropriate contingencies
• Perform secretariat duties for committees and meetings
• Develop and maintain proper documentation, processes, and governance records
• Provide guidance and supervision for junior team members
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

The Care Transformation department works closely with all stakeholders intending to innovate, design trials and test-beds, support transformational changes and projects, in order to achieve Changi General Hospital’s (CGH) vision of being a smart Hospital of the Future.
