Job summary

Eastern General Hospital invites motivated professionals to join its Environmental Services (ES) team to support Housekeeping, Linen & Laundry, Waste Management, Pest Control and Landscape services for the new campus.

You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, review workflows, apply design thinking and project management, assist ORAT activities, procurement, budgeting and contract oversight to ensure a smooth transition into the new hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably healthcare related
• Experience in healthcare or service industry is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to engage stakeholders in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development and operational readiness of ES services (Housekeeping, Linen & Laundry, Waste Management, Pest Control and Landscape) for the new hospital campus
• Review and optimize operational workflows, policies and procedures; identify opportunities to leverage technology and smart solutions
• Assist in procurement and resource planning, including gathering requirements and coordinating equipment and services
• Contribute to ORAT initiatives through planning, simulations, testing and staff training for a smooth transition
• Support administrative and contract management activities, budgeting and ensuring compliance with policies and standards
