Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in community nursing or acute/geriatric ward is preferred.
• Valid SNB and BCLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to chronic ill/palliative patients referred to the service.
• Conduct nursing assessments of patients.
• Coordinate with doctors for medical assessments and follow-up visits.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of nasogastric tube and care of tubings.
