Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide specialised wound, stoma, and continence care in clinic or home settings in Singapore. The role supports patients through assessment, dressing, education, and collaboration with the care team.

This position welcomes both full-time and part-time arrangements, with a 5.5-day work week for full-time and flexible hours for part-time, subject to rotation and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Singapore-registered nurse with valid SNB registration.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Wound/stoma care experience or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds (e.g., pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds).
• Perform wound dressings, NPWT, compression bandaging, and stoma care.
• Develop, document, and review individualised care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound and stoma care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation.
