Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a Senior Sales Support professional to strengthen the High Net Worth (HNW) team. The role focuses on executing the sales process, coordinating with divisions, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness within the Private Wealth Advisory and HNW Distribution teams.

An ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in business administration or marketing and has at least five years in sales support or case management within HNW.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support or case management within the HNW market.
• Customer-focused with strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving divisional goals and overall business objectives.
• Prepare and manage all sales operational processes and documentation to support business activities.
• Review and update SOPs annually to ensure alignment with process changes.
• Participate in process reviews with internal departments and external distributors/partners, driving resolutions to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal and external partners, and coordinate with other divisions to address issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to queries from partners and the advisory team.
• Provide process support to the Private Wealth Advisory Team and business support for HNW business.
• Lead or participate in projects undertaken by the section.
• Prepare reports as requested by Group collaboration partners, including OCBC and BOS.
• Perform any other related administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
