Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking an experienced HNW Operations professional to manage day-to-day case management and policy servicing for High Net Worth clients. You will ensure timely, accurate operations, compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, and support continuous process improvements.

You will work with the HNW CoE team and report to the Head of HNW and Centre of Excellence Management, coordinating across functions to resolve issues and drive efficiency in a complex insurance environment in

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance (TAT, quality) and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify and address operational gaps to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Work collaboratively across functions to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in process reviews and implement operational and system enhancements.
• Support CoE initiatives, projects, and digitalisation efforts for HNW operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards.
