Job summary

Arta Finance in Singapore seeks an entrepreneurial Relationship Manager to build and own a book of high-net-worth client relationships. This fixed-term role is designed as a runway to a permanent position, with potential for discretionary compensation and growth as you originate, convert, and deepen client relationships on the Arta platform.

You will originate, pitch structured products and cross-asset solutions, manage the full lifecycle, and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Product

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supporting, advising, or originating client relationships at private banks, brokerages, EAMs, or similar institutions.
• Comfort discussing public market solutions, structured products and private market offerings with sophisticated clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on client experience.
• Willingness to obtain MAS qualifications for wealth advisory in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Originate, convert, and grow a standalone book of high-net-worth client relationships on the Arta platform.
• Pitch structured products, alternatives, and cross-asset solutions to clients in an understandable, suitable manner.
• Own the full client lifecycle from first conversation through funding and transactions.
• Activate, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects, working with your manager on strategy while operating independently.
• Represent Arta and its brand with judgement and care in the market.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Product to ensure compliant client interactions.
• Provide frontline feedback to the platform on client needs and product improvements.
