ARTA WEALTH MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an entrepreneurial Client Advisor to build and own a book of high-net-worth relationships.

This fixed-term contract is a runway to a permanent role with significant upside, targeted at individuals who can originate, convert, and grow client relationships on the Arta platform. You are a builder and closer with 2–5 years of experience in wealth advisory or private banking, capable of discussing structured products and private market offerings

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience supporting, advising, or originating client relationships at a private bank, brokerage, EAM, or comparable institution.
Comfortable discussing public market solutions and cross-asset products.
Able to operate with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

Originate, convert, and grow a standalone book of high-net-worth client relationships on the Arta platform.
Pitch structured products, alternatives, and cross-asset solutions to clients in a clear, suitable, and client-centric way.
Own the full client lifecycle—from first conversation through funding, transacting, and deepening wallet share over time.
Activate and manage a pipeline of prospects, collaborating with management on strategy while working independently in client-facing situations.
Represent Arta and its brand with judgment and care in the market.
Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Product to ensure compliant client interactions.
Provide feedback from clients to improve the platform and services.
