Job summary

CMB International Capital Corporation Limited is seeking a Private Wealth Management Relationship Manager in Singapore. The role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering superior service, and communicating market updates.

You will actively acquire new clients, manage relationships across HNW and institutional segments, and collaborate with internal teams to offer discretionary and cross-border investment solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience in asset management or wealth management.
• Proven track record in investment sales and fund distribution.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; detail-oriented and results-focused.
• Solid understanding of PE assets and related products.
• Fluency in Mandarin to liaise with clients and colleagues in HK/China.
• Willing to travel to Hong Kong and Mainland China frequently.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide superior service with regular market and portfolio updates.
• Acquire new clients and manage relationships including HNW, corporate, and institutional clients.
• Provide comprehensive financial services using company platforms, products and networks.
• Conduct financial mapping analyzing risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs.
• Collaborate with internal asset management to develop discretionary, cross-border, and new product initiatives.
• Support Alternative Investment line with PE/Credit solutions for portfolio companies.
• Review and monitor AUM with timely buy/sell/hold decisions aligned to client allocations.
• Drive AUM growth and revenue from CMBI Wealth Management relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
