Job summary

Great Eastern invites an experienced professional to join its Premier Wealth team to manage day-to-day HNW case management and policy servicing across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and continuous process improvements, with collaboration across departments to resolve issues and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant insurance industry experience, preferably HNW/Affluent.
• Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing in life insurance.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive and takes ownership.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance (TAT, quality) and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify and address operational gaps to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Work collaboratively across all functions, acting as a cross-functional bridge to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in process reviews and implement operational and system enhancements.
• Support CoE initiatives, projects, and digitalisation efforts for HNW operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards, including audit support.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Middle office or HNW operations experience in the end-to-end HNW business process is preferred.

Responsible for day-to-day case management and operations of High Net Worth (HNW), new business and policy servicing, across multiple distribution channels. Focusing on operational execution, service quality, and process adherence while supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience, you will work closely with the HNW Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and report to the Head of HNW and Centre of Excellence Management.
