Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive assistant to support a Financial Advisor in Singapore. You will help manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, structure meetings, and prepare presentations and documents.

This role involves following up with existing and prospective clients, coordinating with insurers, and assisting with insurance applications and policy servicing. You may be asked to work after hours for events and to identify new business opportunities through referrals

Qualifications

Insurance background required; prior Financial Advisor experience welcomed.
Demonstrates initiative and strong ownership.
Willing to work beyond office hours for events (compensation provided).
Comfortable dealing with HNW clients.

Responsibilities

Support the Financial Advisor in managing and building relationships with HNW clients, mainly from the Indian market.
Follow up with existing clients and potential clients on enquiries and appointments.
Assist the FA in arranging client meetings and preparing documents/presentations.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and events.
Assist with insurance applications, policy documentation and after-sales servicing.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on client requests and applications.
Maintain client records and follow up on leads.
Support client events and other business development activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Advisor.
