Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to develop and manage relationships within the High-Net-Worth segment, focusing on life insurance and wealth protection solutions.

You will work closely with HNW clients and referral partners, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across markets to deliver tailored insurance solutions and end-to-end sales support from engagement to policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development within private banking, securities, asset management, insurance or related financial services.
• Proven experience in a client-facing sales role within the HNW / UHNW segment.
• Strong track record in promoting Universal Life and/or other life insurance products.
• Existing relationships or network within the HNW / UHNW segment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HNW insurance products, wealth solutions and relevant financial services practices.
• Commercially driven, results-oriented and able to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, referral partners, insurers and internal stakeholders across different markets.
• Global and growth‑oriented mindset, with the ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales development and business growth within the HNW segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, as well as professional referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships through existing networks and business development activities.
• Promote life insurance solutions, including Universal Life and other relevant insurance products.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client engagement through application, underwriting and policy issuance.
• Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to coordinate insurance applications and ensure timely execution.
• Work closely with case management and support teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth case progression.
• Provide clients and referral partners with appropriate product information and support throughout the application process.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different markets and functions.
• Participate in internal and external training to maintain strong product and market knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and client servicing processes.
