Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 3–4 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through active execution.
• Liaise with insurers to submit and manage policy applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the application process.
• Develop strong working knowledge of insurance products, services, and bank credit procedures.
• Manage end-to-end administrative tasks including coordinating medical examinations, preparing insurance forms and policy packages, and processing client reimbursements.
• Handle enquiries from both internal stakeholders and external clients professionally.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through internal and external training programmes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
