Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is recruiting a dedicated individual to support a Financial Advisor in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients from Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. The role is on-site and pays up to SGD 3,800 per month.

You will handle client follow-ups, meetings, document preparation, and coordination with insurers to ensure smooth servicing and proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Advisor in managing and building relationships with HNW clients
• Follow up with existing clients and potential clients on enquiries and appointments
• Assist the FA in arranging client meetings and preparing documents/presentations
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking and events
• Assist with insurance applications, policy documentation and after-sales servicing
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on client requests and applications
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads
• Support client events and other business development activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Advisor
