KAIROS GLOBAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a commercially driven Client Acquisition Manager (Banking) in Singapore to acquire high-net-worth clients, manage relationships, and guide onboarding.

The role requires finding new business, building a strong pipeline, and delivering an excellent client experience from onboarding through ongoing service. The candidate should be sales-oriented, tech-savvy in trading platforms, and capable of cross-selling relevant financial products while maintaining

Qualificações

• Degree holder with relevant working experience.
• CMFAS modules RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP add advantage.
• Passion for sales and a proven ability to build and expand client relationships ethically.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in developing strategies to build and acquire new client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients and active traders to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Identify clients' objectives, trading preferences, and financial needs to introduce relevant products and services.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with KPIs.
• Convert qualified prospects into active clients and identify opportunities to grow relationships.
• Explore new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted sales initiatives.
