Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a dedicated SEA High Jewelry Development professional to support the expansion of client relationships and event-based activations across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will work closely with boutique teams, client development, and marketing to drive business opportunities and regional consistency.

Reporting to the SEA High Jewelry Development Manager, you will contribute to retail performance, market insights, and local activations while building

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional Asian language(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development: client profiling, event coordination, post-event follow-up, identify opportunities, support local activation strategies.
• Support HJ Retail Performance & Client Development: harmonize client journeys, maintain SEA master deck, analyze activations, coordinate local Patrimony exhibitions.
• Provide Community & Market Insights: track SEA competitors, collect market trend information and share with stakeholders.

You are passionate about High Jewelry and enjoy managing multiple projects, collaborating with different stakeholders and building strong relationships with boutique teams

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills while being result and client‑driven to achieve excellence. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the SEA High Jewelry Development Manager and works closely with the boutique teams in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will work closely with Client Development & HJ Marketing departments, and your role will be to support on:

Business Development:

• SA training and preparation for HJ events in building client profiles, event and tray strategies
• Providing on‑site coordination at HJ events and local activations, when required
• Closely following up on post event sales commitments and ensures commitment status are up to date
• Identifying HJ opportunities based on clients’ profiles
• Supporting H.E strategy of local activations

HJ Retail Performance & Client Development:

• Following up closely on the client journeys with boutiques, developing a new template to harmonize the exercise across the SEA markets
• Updating and coordinating the SEA master client deck in order to ensure consistency of information and to make sure it is updated regularly and readily available
• Supporting the review analysis on HJ activations and maintain accurate records of event data
• Coordinating for local Patrimony exhibitions at LJS, in collaboration with local HJ Marketing team

Community & Market Insights

• Tracking of competitors’ activity across SEA, with a specific focus on HJ events, sharing findings with key stakeholders;
• Collecting inspirational information (auction, market trend, etc.), sharing within the HJ community on a regular basis.
