Job summary

Great Star Laundry Services in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations team member to maintain and implement policies, oversee day-to-day laundry operations, and support the Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be willing to work night and split shifts, including public holidays and overtime as needed. Experience in laundry operations is preferred with a focus on teamwork and resilience under pressure.

• Maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.
• Supervise Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
• Work as a team to support other Operations team
