Job summary
Experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer is sought for a leading bank in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade M365 engineering, deployment, migrations, and L3 support across global teams.
You will design and manage Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, lead cloud adoption initiatives, and ensure security/compliance with Entra ID, DLP, retention and eDiscovery. PowerShell automation and strong stakeholder communication are essential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing, implementing and managing Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Lead M365 rollouts, migrations, upgrades and cloud adoption initiatives across global teams.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure service stability.
- Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit and M365 security/compliance requirements.
- Develop automation and operational improvements using PowerShell.

- Drive delivery timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication across technology, security, compliance and business teams.
- Experience working within banking, financial services or other regulated environments, preferably across APAC.
- Support M365 roadmap initiatives including Copilot, AI and emerging Microsoft capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and delivery ownership skills; M365 certifications are advantageous.
