Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer enterprise identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Manage identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
• Engineer, deploy and maintain Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365.
• Implement and manage Purview including DLP and Information Protection.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Graph API.
• Build dashboards with Power BI, KQL, Dynatrace, and Axonius.
• Create self-service solutions to improve user experience and reduce support.
• Collaborate with security, infra and application teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Endpoint Security Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise identity and endpoint security solutions within a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on Zero Trust security, identity governance, endpoint protection, automation, and cloud security, ensuring users, devices, and applications remain secure and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer enterprise identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication.
• Engineer, deploy and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and endpoint security solutions to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Data Classification, and eDiscovery.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to streamline identity management, security operations, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Endpoint Analytics, Dynatrace, and Axonius.
• Develop self-service solutions to improve user experience and reduce operational support effort.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to investigate security incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and implement security improvements.
• Translate business requirements into secure and scalable infrastructure solutions that meet availability, security, resilience, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure infrastructure and security solutions comply with organisational IT governance and security policies.
• Manage infrastructure enhancement initiatives, vendor engagements, maintenance contracts, and project deliverables.
