Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, cakes, confections, and desserts for catered events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties, according to set recipes and standards.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining stock levels at your station.
• Follow guidance from the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef on new techniques and menu items.
• Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and portion sizes for all items prepared.
• Ensure your station is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards at all times.
• Support the team during high-volume production periods and flag any issues to seniors promptly.
• Work efficiently to ensure all items are completed on time for service.
