Qualifications

• PhD in Electronic Engineering or related areas.
• At least 2 years of transistor-level analog circuit design experience.
• Good understanding of CMOS analog IC design methodologies and successful tapeout experience.
• Familiar with analog IC design and verification flow.
• Industry experience would be a plus.
• Familiar with the IC test equipment, such as oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Able to generate high-quality scientific publications and patents.
• Team player, quick learner and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate high linearity voltage mode and current mode drivers.
• Conduct 3D EM modelling of passives including interconnects and transmission lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on circuit solutions for electro-optical interfaces.
• Work on characterization plans and post-silicon validation.
• Prepare design documentation and participate in design reviews.
