Qualifications

• PhD in Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ years transistor-level analog circuit design with tapeout track record.
• Strong understanding of CMOS analog IC design methodologies.
• Familiar with high-speed analog IC design and verification flow.
• Industry experience would be a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and tapeout high-speed transmitter, including wideband pre-driver, driver, and CTLE/DFE blocks.
• Collaborate with optics and advanced packaging teams on electro/optical co-design and system integration.
• Explore novel circuit/system solutions to enable new inventions.
