A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore seeks a Research Engineer to advance photonic integrated circuits for quantum applications. The role involves coordinating across design, integration, and module teams to establish feasible process flows for LiNbO3 and SiN technologies.

The candidate will contribute to DOE, metrology, data analysis, and thorough documentation while presenting findings to the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred, particularly in silicon photonics.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work with cross-functional team, with good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process development of LiNbO3 and SiN patterning.
• Design of experiments (DOE) in integration flow and module development.
• Liaise between design, fabrication, and testing teams to ensure smooth process integration and device fabrication.
• Metrology, data analysis, and documentation.
• Present and discuss experimental data to the team.
