Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore is seeking an experienced analog IC design engineer to contribute to the development of analog circuit blocks for next-generation optical interconnects. You will work closely with team members on circuit block design, test verification, and system integration and validation for a wide range of innovative optical interconnects.

The role includes schematic design and simulation, layout supervision, pre-tapeout design validation,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of transistor-level analog circuit design experience with successful tapeout experience.
Good understanding of CMOS analog and mixed-signal IC design methodologies and successful tapeout experience.
Familiar with analog IC design and verification flow.
Industry experience is a plus.
Familiar with IC test equipment such as oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.

Responsibilities

Circuit schematic design and simulation; layout supervision; pre-tapeout design validation; test plan development and chip measurement.
Design and tapeout temperature sensor, amplifiers, bandgap and references.
Prepare documentation including test reports at various stages of the project.
